Maintenance Technician – Job Description

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must carry General Liability Insurance

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Must be friendly, respectful, and dependable

• Must provide and maintain your own tools and equipment
• Must be available for emergencies that arise. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks

• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and deadlines

• Complete light electrical work as needed

• Handle general carpentry tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and more

• Perform basic plumbing repairs

• Prepare properties to be rent-ready

• Conduct landscaping and outdoor maintenance

• Repair and maintain equipment and tools, such as carpet cleaners, lawnmowers, and other machinery

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a maintenance or handyman role

• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
