 What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations to keep everything running smoothly

• Support, train, and motivate team members

• Manage supplies and inventory (order, track, reduce waste)

• Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally

• Jump in on facility cleaning when needed

• Run daily team huddles and attend weekly meetings with management

• Perform quality checks and final walkthroughs

• Ensure worksites are clean, organized, and professional

• Manage labor hours to meet budget goals

• Communicate schedule, policy, and process updates clearly

• Identify and develop future leaders on your team

• Take ownership of client satisfaction and team performance

 What We’re Looking For

• Reliable transportation & clean driving record

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Prior supervisory experience (preferred)

• Experience managing staff, inventory, or labor budgets

• Stable work history and attention to detail

• Bilingual skills are a plus
