What You'll Be Doing

As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while supporting and developing your team.

Responsibilities include:

- Leading and supporting daily operations

- Training, coaching, and motivating employees

- Conducting quality inspections and ensuring standards are met

- Managing supplies, inventory, and equipment

- Monitoring labor hours and productivity

- Assisting with cleaning duties when needed

- Resolving customer concerns professionally

- Communicating schedules, updates, and company expectations

- Running daily team meetings and collaborating with management

- Identifying employees ready for advancement

- Finding ways to improve efficiency and team performance

What We're Looking For

- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

- Prior supervisory experience preferred

- Stable work history

- Experience managing labor hours and inventory is a plus
