Now Hiring: Floating Team Lead

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Floating Team Lead to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll work closely with our Supervisor to keep things running smoothly, fill in when staffing is low, and help lead our crews across different buildings. This is a great opportunity if you’re ready to grow and want to move up in a company that promotes from within.

What You’ll Do:

• Step in and help lead teams when needed across different buildings

• Check buildings for any issues and make sure everything looks great

• Help train and motivate new and current team members

• Assist with staying on top of labor hours and keeping things on budget

• Put in weekly supply orders (just make sure they’re in by Thursday!)

• Help pass along any changes in hours, procedures, or policies to the crew

• Keep communication open with the Supervisor—teamwork is key!

• Be ready to learn any position in your assigned buildings so you can jump in if someone’s out

• Spot any extra work opportunities like carpet or window cleaning and let us know

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, team-first attitude

• Strong communicator and natural leader

• Willingness to learn and grow

• Comfortable jumping into different roles and locations

• Experience in janitorial/facility services is a plus, but not required
