What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations and keep everything running smoothly
• Support, train, and motivate a high-performing team
• Manage inventory, supplies, and labor hours efficiently
• Deliver top-quality service and resolve customer concerns
• Perform inspections and ensure a clean, professional environment
• Run team huddles and collaborate with management
• Help team members grow and advance

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable transportation & clean driving record
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Prior supervisory experience (preferred)
• Experience with inventory and labor management (a plus)
• Bilingual skills (bonus!)
