Job Title: Telemarketer / Appointment Setter
Location: Flexible working conditions: Office, Hybrid, or Remote! (Initial on-site training preferred) Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

We are seeking a Telemarketer / Appointment Setter who excels at outbound cold calling, appointment setting, and lead generation. You will play a key role in expanding our business by proactively reaching out to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our Outside Sales Executives.
What You’ll Do:
High-Volume Outbound Calling & Lead Generation:

Make 100+ outbound calls per day to identify, qualify, and schedule appointments with key decision-makers in target industries.

Research and build prospect lists to expand your sales pipeline.

Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits of our services.

Overcome objections and develop relationships with potential clients.
Multi-Channel Marketing & Outreach:

Leverage social media, email, and text messaging to engage prospects and nurture leads.

Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate interest and increase conversions.

Work with internal teams to refine messaging and maximize outreach effectiveness.
Sales Pipeline & CRM Management:

Accurately document all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM.

Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to increase appointment-setting success.

Collaborate with the Outside Sales team to ensure a seamless transition of scheduled appointments.

What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years of proven B2B cold-calling, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience.

Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls (100+ daily) and engaging in cold outreach.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to influence decision-makers.

Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) to track and manage leads.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing tools.

Stable work history with a demonstrated ability to stay and grow within a company.

Facility services or related industry experience is a plus!
