Location: On-Site Job Training – Headquartered in Canton, OH then remote

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team and play a pivotal role in driving our business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential clients and scheduling appointments for our Outside Sales Executives. Preferred background in high call volume environments and B2B sales. Your efforts will help expand our client base and establish strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and Qualify Leads:

   - Conduct outbound calls to generate and qualify leads within the target market.

   - Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers.

   - Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for our Outside Sales Executives.

   - Communicate effectively to ensure prospects understand the value proposition of our services.

2. Marketing:
    - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive inside sales through effective email campaigns, engaging text messaging, and a strong online presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content,         optimize communication channels, and enhance brand visibility. Analyze data to measure campaign performance and implement improvements for increased customer engagement and conversion rates.

3. Product Knowledge:

   - Develop a deep understanding of our facility services offerings to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.

4. Sales Pipeline Management:

   - Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

   - Manage and prioritize a high volume of calls and leads.

5. Sales Support:

   - Collaborate with the Outside Sales team to ensure a smooth transition of appointments and information.

   - Provide pre-appointment information and materials to the Sales Executives.

6. Achieve Sales Targets:

   - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets.

7. Help Structure and Implement Promotional Sales Material

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outbound cold calling sales (1-2 years), appointment setting, or lead generation, with a focus on B2B sales. Ideally in the facility services or related industry.

- Exceptional phone communication and cold-calling skills.

- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality interactions.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.

- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.

- Stable work history

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- High Call Volume Experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.

- Knowledge of facility services and related solutions is a plus.

 

Education:

- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
