Supervises: Supervisors & Team Members (during launches)

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Start-Up Manager to launch new accounts. You’ll travel to new sites, hire and train teams, set up operations, and ensure each location is fully running and meeting standards from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to new accounts (some overnight travel required)
• Set up operations, systems, and workflows
• Hire, train, and coach team members & supervisors
• Create schedules and manage labor hours
• Order supplies and manage inventory
• Perform quality checks and ensure company standards
• Step in and help clean when needed
• Act as the main contact for clients during start-up
• Communicate updates with leadership and teams
• Ensure each site is organized, staffed, and successful

What We’re Looking For

• Supervisory/management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve
• Experience with staffing, training, and scheduling
• Reliable transportation & clean driving record
• Willingness to travel (including overnight stays)

Pay & Benefits

• $50,000–$60,000 per year (based on experience)
