A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is looking for a motivated Janitorial Team Lead to join our team in Washington, PA.

What You’ll Do

As a Team Lead, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly while supporting our employees and customers.

• Lead and assist janitorial team members

• Train, coach, and support employees

• Perform quality inspections and ensure standards are met

• Provide coverage when staffing needs arise

• Track labor hours and support operational goals

• Place weekly supply orders

• Communicate schedule, policy, and procedure updates

• Work closely with the Account Manager

• Identify opportunities to improve service

• Help maintain a positive, productive work environment

• Janitorial, facilities, or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required
