Position: Travel Supervisor

Location: Based in Ohio/Pennsylvania – Travel required up to 2–3 hours from home base.
Compensation: Includes pay for travel time and overnight stays as needed.

Your Role at AQFS

The Travel Supervisor position is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who enjoys dynamic work, team development, and driving excellence. As an extension of the Area Manager, you’ll help oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure client satisfaction at multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support your shift, including participating in cleaning and facility tasks as needed

• Manage, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction

• Conduct daily huddles and weekly check-ins with your Area Manager

• Use Salesforce to report on-site visits and customer interactions

• Perform routine inspections, final walkthroughs, and address any deficiencies

• Motivate, coach, and help identify team members for promotions or additional hours

• Monitor and maintain budgeted labor goals

• Help optimize cleaning processes for efficiency

• Deliver cleaning supplies to buildings as needed

• Wash and maintain cleaning materials (rags, mop heads, dusters, etc.)

• Ensure teams are fully equipped with supplies and tools ahead of time

• Share updates regarding hours, procedures, and expectations with staff

• Take responsibility for labor overages and customer complaints

• Collaborate closely with the Area Manager to achieve operational and client success
