Shift: Monday–Friday
Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

A Quality Facility Services is seeking a dependable, motivated Supervisor to support daily operations in the Pittsburgh area. If you enjoy leading teams, staying organized, and making a visible difference, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help oversee team performance, ensure quality standards, and support staff as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise team members and ensure smooth daily operations
• Conduct quality checks to maintain service standards
• Train, support, and motivate team members
• Track labor hours and assist with scheduling and efficiency
• Manage inventory and place supply orders
• Communicate updates on schedules, procedures, and company policies
• Work closely with the Account Manager
• Step in to assist with coverage when needed
• Identify opportunities for additional services (carpet cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, etc.)
