A Quality Facility Services is hiring a motivated Supervisor to lead daily operations, support a hardworking team, and ensure top-quality service delivery.

 What You’ll Do

• Lead and support daily operations at assigned sites

• Train, coach, and motivate team members

• Perform quality inspections and follow up on corrections

• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed

• Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering

• Monitor labor hours and stay within budget

• Handle customer concerns professionally

• Run daily team huddles and meet weekly with the Area Manager

• Communicate updates clearly (schedules, policies, procedures)

• Identify employees ready for advancement

• Improve processes to increase efficiency

• Take ownership of results and client satisfaction

 What We’re Looking For

• Reliable transportation + clean driving record

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Organized with attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and problem-solve

• Prior supervisory experience preferred

• Stable work history

• Experience managing labor hours and inventory

• Bilingual is a plus
