Entry-Level Apartment Maintenance Technician – Paid Training & Growth Opportunity

Location: Canton, OH | Pay: $25–$28/hour |  Full-Time | 1st Shift

We’re a fast-growing local landlord looking for an Entry-Level Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team and grow with us. No advanced experience required  we’ll train the right person on plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting, and general apartment turnovers.

What You’ll Do

- Complete basic repairs and maintenance in rental units
- Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants (painting, cleaning, minor repairs)
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance tasks
- Help with seasonal maintenance and occasional emergency call-outs (additional compensation available)
- Learn through hands-on training, experienced mentorship, and supported certification programs

- Reliable, dependable, and hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Basic mechanical aptitude or “fixer” mindset
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Professional attitude when interacting with tenants
- Eager to learn and grow into a long-term career
