Job Title: Window Washing Manager
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Shift: Primarily Second Shift (Potential for First Shift as Department Grows)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Window Washing Manager to lead our window cleaning operations in the Cleveland and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a growing department, help build a team from the ground up, and assist with specialty services. The ideal candidate will have experience in window washing and be willing to assist with other services such as carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing, and tile and grout cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily window washing operations for commercial properties
• Assist with specialty cleaning services as needed (carpet cleaning, floor care, tile & grout)
• Help recruit, train, and manage a dependable and professional crew
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow the department’s client base
• Communicate clearly with management regarding scheduling, job status, and needs
• Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided by the team

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in window washing and/or janitorial services
• Experience leading a team or managing crews preferred
• Willingness to work second shift, with flexibility to transition to first shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights when required
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
