Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and driven Recruiting Specialist to focus exclusively on hiring salaried associates across our organization. In this role, you’ll manage the complete recruitment process from identifying top professional talent to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in salaried level hiring, strong relationship building skills, and the ability to align recruitment strategies with our long-term business objectives. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to attract and retain high-caliber professionals who will help shape the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruiting lifecycle for salaried associate roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies tailored to professional and managerial-level positions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including professional networks, industry-specific platforms, and social media.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with departmental goals.
  • Maintain accurate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS), such as Applicant Stack.
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills, leadership potential, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate competitive offers and manage the contract process for selected candidates.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure new salaried associates integrate successfully into the organization.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Proactively identify and connect with potential candidates through networking and direct outreach.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record in recruiting salaried-level associates or professional staff.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure top talent.
  • Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing high-level candidates.
  • Familiarity with labor and employment laws related to salaried positions.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Ability to research and apply recruiting trends to improve results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Preferred: Prior management or leadership hiring experience.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of the janitorial or facilities services industry.
