Position Details

- Cleveland Area

- Primarily 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM

- Approximately 70% Travel

- Business Casual Environment

- Full-Time Position

- On-Call and Weekend Availability as Needed

What You'll Do

As an Area Manager, you'll oversee multiple accounts, support team members, and ensure customers receive outstanding service every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating janitorial teams

• Building strong customer relationships

• Conducting quality inspections and audits

• Hiring, training, and coaching employees

• Managing staffing levels and coverage

• Tracking activity through CRM software

• Maintaining labor budgets and operational goals

• Addressing customer concerns quickly and professionally

• Ensuring safety and compliance standards are met

• Supporting employee growth and development

• Improving processes and driving operational excellence

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Reliable transportation

- Ability to work independently and make decisions

- Organized and detail-oriented mindset

- Dependable and professional attitude

- Must be at least 18 years old

Experience Preferred, Not Required

Leadership, supervisory, or janitorial experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic.
