Position Summary
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily site operations and ensuring all work meets company quality standards and client expectations. This hands-on leader will manage inventory, monitor labor hours, guide team development, and serve as the main point of contact for our client.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to company standards.

Participate in hands-on facility cleaning as needed.

Conduct daily team huddles and weekly meetings with the Area Manager.

Perform quality control inspections, final walkthroughs, and ensure corrective actions are completed.

Ensure the work site is clean, organized, and reflects a professional image at all times.
Team Leadership

Supervise and support site supervisors and team members.

Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship.

Foster a collaborative, positive team culture through open communication and accountability.

Identify team members for advancement and increased responsibilities.
Client Relations

Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, maintaining a professional and responsive relationship.

Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

Partner with the Area Manager to deliver exceptional results and maintain client satisfaction.
Resource & Labor Management

Track stock levels, manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste.

Monitor and manage labor hours to meet and exceed budget goals.

Streamline processes for operational efficiency and improved results.

Ensure staff have all necessary tools and supplies ahead of each shift.
Communication & Compliance

Communicate changes in scheduling, policies, or procedures clearly and promptly to the team.

Take full accountability for labor overages, operational issues, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Prior supervisory experience required.

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

High attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Stable work history.

Experience managing labor budgets and inventory.
-
Skilled in leading and developing unskilled labor teams.
-
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
