A Quality Facility Services is looking for a motivated, detail-driven Floating Supervisor to help lead teams, support operations, and ensure top-tier service across multiple buildings. If you enjoy a mix of leadership and hands-on work — this role is perfect for you.

In this exciting position, you’ll support team members, train new staff, and act as an extension of the Junior Branch Manager while also assisting with facility cleaning. Every day brings something new.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise staff during part of your shift
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Hold daily huddles + weekly meetings with the Junior Branch Manager
  • Report customer interactions through Salesforce
  • Identify team members ready for promotions or more hours
  • Support the Junior Branch Manager to deliver the best outcome for the client and the company

Quality & Operations

  • Perform inspections, final walkthroughs, and correct deficiencies
  • Maintain or beat labor budgets
  • Re-engineer cleaning processes to improve efficiency
  • Deliver supplies to buildings as needed
  • Launder rags, mop heads, dust mops, and more
  • Ensure cleaners have supplies and tools before each shift
  • Communicate important updates clearly (hours, processes, procedures)
  • Take accountability for labor overages and customer concerns

Hands-On Work

  • Assist with facility cleaning during part of each shift
  • Support buildings in multiple locations (floating role)

  • Excellent communication & listening skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Stable work history
  • Willingness to grow and take on more responsibility
